MEG
MEG technology supplied by SD Inc USA mainly having DI comprising Cation, ARR (Aldehyde Removal resin), Anion and PTR resins. New resin also added named Guard Bed. Joint development to upgrade resins which will give increase in cycle length ultimately leads to saving in regenerant chemicals and DM water.
Brine Decalcification
Chlor-alkali Industry: Total Hardness and strontium removal from the brine achieving desired level in treated Brine. Treated brine is used in electrolytic cell to make Caustic, Chlorine, Sodium hypo chloride and HCl. Complete process for Brine Decalcification can be offered.
Phenol removal/Recovery
BPA and other product manufacturing: Phenol having different applications and hence it will be recovered from stream and reused in process. Phenol recovery study can be done at site.
Aldehyde Removal and Purification
Removal and purification can be carried out with different types of Ion Exchange resin. Complete process design and study if required can be conducted.
Sugar Decolourisation
Making white Cube sparkling sugar from raw sugar wherein colour causing organics measured in terms of ICUMSA are removed by ion exchange resin. Complete vessel design and operation methodology can be offered.
Zinc (Zn) Removal / Recovery
Recovery of Zn form Spin bath and same will be recycled and used in process. Another application where Zn is impurity can be removed selectively.
Caprolactam Purification
Impurities as a salt are removed with resins and treated Caprolactam stream recovered.
Glyoxal Purification
During manufacturing of Caprolactam impurities are generated and same removed by two types of Ion Exchange resins. Caprolactam is Raw material for making Nylon.
Tannin Removal
Tannery generates effluent having colour due Tannin need to be treated and same removed with the help of Resins.
Formica Acid
Formaldehyde manufacturing generate formic acid additionally removed by resin.
Catalyst
Different types of Catalyst applications are in use. Esterification, Hydration, Hydrolysis, Alkylation is the main application wherein Catalyst resins are used.
DM plant
Design, commissioning, and troubleshooting. Audit of DM plant. We have designed and commissioned DM plant in the four corners of the world.
